AI Day 2019 Registration


Registration is made through an online registration system. In the registration form you can select a participation category that best applies to you.

AI Day is a non-profit event. A small registration fee is collected to partially cover costs of the event.

  • Early bird fee 95€ – by Oct 15, 2019

  • Normal fee 150€ – by Nov 17, 2019

  • Late fee 250€ – by Nov 26, 2019

  • Student fee* 25€

*) For a delegate to be considered a student s/he must currently be a full-time student enrolled in a bachelor / master programme in her/his affiliated institution during the academic year 2018–2019. Please be prepared to show a proof of your student status onsite.

The registration fee includes:

  • Congress program

  • Congress lunch and coffees 

  • Happy-hour cocktails at the end of the event

Please note that costs for travel, accommodation and insurances are not included in the registration fees.

Payment and confirmation

Full payment of the registration fee is to be made prior to the congress in euros (EUR). There is also a possibility to register onsite at the late fee. When registering online, you will receive instant confirmation of successful registration to your email. 

Payment options

At the end of the registration form, you will be given three alternatives for payment: Credit card, Invoice by Email and Invoice.

  1. Credit card: Credit card payments will be dealt automatically. Visa, MasterCard and Eurocard are accepted.

  2. Invoice by email: Invoice as an e-mail attachment. You will receive an invoice to your email and you can print it out for your files. This will have your reference number and the bank details for payment. 

  3. Invoice: If you wish to have a manually issued invoice sent to you, please choose Invoice. The invoice fee is 15€.

Please note:

  • All payments should be made free of banking charges

  • Bank drafts as well as personal, traveller’s or company cheques cannot be accepted

Confirmation of participation

 During the registration process, you will receive two messages:

  1. An automatic reply after successful submission of the registration form.  

  2. A final participation confirmation letter stating that your registration has been paid and is therefore confirmed. 

Please note that participation confirmation letter will be sent when all the payments has been received.

Any cancellations or changes to registration must be made in writing to Tavicon Congress Bureau by e-mail:

If a cancellation for registration is received by 1 November 2019, the registration fee will be refunded. If the cancellation is made after 1 November but before 17 November, regardless of the registration fee category, there will be a handling fee of EUR 50. No refunds can be made for cancellations received after 17 November 2019.

Please note that no-show does not constitute cancellation. Even in case of no-show, the registration fee is to be paid if participation is not cancelled as explained above. Also, in case of no-show, the registration fee will not be refunded.
