Registration for AI Day 2023 is now open. Please read through the registration instructions carefully before registering.

Registration is done through an online registration system.

If you are a speaker or a contributor, a separate registration form will be sent to you via email.

Registration fees

The registration fee includes participation in the program and catering (lunch, coffee breaks and cocktail hour). Insurance is not included in the registration fee.

Regular tickets

  • Early-bird fee (until September 30): 150 €

  • Normal fee (until November 6): 200 €

  • Late fee (until November 8): 300 €

Contributors

Speakers, panelists and presenters of posters/stands can attend the event for free. Please note that there is one free entrance per contribution (e.g., a poster), so in a case of a joint contribution by many authors, please coordinate who uses the free slot.

Contributors will receive a link to a separate registration form. If you are planning to submit an abstract in the call for scientific presentations, please wait until the author notification (September 15) before registering.

Payment and confirmation

Full payment of the registration fee is to be made prior to the event in euros (EUR). There is also a possibility to register onsite at the late fee. When registering online, you will receive instant confirmation of successful registration to your email.

Payment options

At the end of the registration form, you will be given three alternatives for payment: Credit card, PDF invoice and an E-invoice.

  • Credit card: Credit card payments will be dealt automatically. Visa, MasterCard and Eurocard are accepted.

  • Invoice by email: Invoice as an email attachment. You will receive an invoice to your email and you can print it out. This will have your reference number and the bank details for payment.

  • E-invoice: If you wish to have an E-invoice sent to you, please choose this option. The invoice fee is EUR 15.

NOTE:

  • All payments should be made free of banking charges

  • Bank drafts as well as personal, traveller’s or company cheques cannot be accepted

Cancellation and refund policy 

Registration for AI Day 2023 is binding. The registration can also be transferred to another person. If this option is not possible for you, you can cancel your registration as follows:

  • Cancellation made by October 22: 50% of the registration fee will be refunded

  • Cancellation made after October 22: no registration fee will be refunded (due to the costs already incurred by the organizers)

Please contact event organizers at info@tavicon.fi for any changes to your registration.

Please note that no-show does not constitute cancellation. In case of no-show, the registration fee will not be refunded.
