    AUTHOR GUIDELINES

The focus of the scientific program is in communicating frontier research of the Finnish AI research community. Submissions from outside Finland are not considered.

    There are two submission categories:

        1. Posters, submitted as a 1-page abstract (or a longer paper)

        2. Talks/Posters, submitted as a full paper that has been published in or submitted to, or will be submitted to an international conference in or after 2026. The program committee chooses a subset of the papers for presentation as a talk, and the rest of the accepted submissions will be presented as posters.

As the submitted abstracts/papers will only be used in selecting the posters and the talks, the submissions can be in any paper style. The only accepted file format is PDF.

    SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

The submission deadline is August 14, 2026. Late submissions will not be considered.

As there will be no published formal proceedings, submitting work for presentation at AI Day 2026 will not disqualify the work from being submitted and published at other forums.

    WHERE AND HOW TO SUBMIT

Submissions are through the Microsoft CMT website. Register for Microsoft CMT and submit a single PDF file together with the required metadata by August 14. (LINK WILL BE POSTED HERE BY MAY 25)

    AI DAY REGISTRATION FOR PRESENTERS

To confirm participation in AI Day and to aid the preparation of the presentation schedule, all accepted presenters must register for AI Day by September 20. If you have not registered by September 20, your presentation will not be included in the conference program.
