AI is transforming the way work is performed, the skills it requires, and how organizations operate. This joint event by FCAI and the Finnish Institute of Occupational Health (FIOH) brings together perspectives from AI research and working life research to explore how human-centered, trustworthy, and responsible AI can be developed and applied in the workplace.
The event focuses on the impact of AI on work tasks, decision-making, skills requirements, and cognitive workload, while identifying new opportunities for research and collaboration. Its goal is to strengthen dialogue between the AI and working life research communities and to explore shared themes for future research projects, funding opportunities, and other forms of collaboration.
