Welcome to our virtual workshop with FCAI researchers to discuss strategic long-term visions as well as to ideate concrete mutually interesting topics for joint projects.
In this May workshop, we will continue elaborating two preliminary project ideas from the previous session (see the full list in the end of this page). Those are AI-based synthetic data for challenges in health and Conscious machines. During the workshop, companies and FCAI researchers will pitch seeds for concrete ideas for joint projects.
We have opened a call for research needs and joint research proposals, which is targeted to companies, public and third sector. The goal of joint projects is to develop novel solutions for industry needs based on FCAI research results. Business Finland and EU funding can be applied for to support the joint projects. We will review the needs descriptions and proposals, and if they are allowed to be publicly presented, we will offer a stage for them. Instructions and link to this open call for joint research proposals can be found in the main event page of this workshop series.
FCAI Research representatives and professional facilitators will ensure that the workshops follow a systematic co-creation process with defined results and plan for next steps.
