In this tooling session, we'll go over the myriad of ways your ML model can be making unfair predictions, how to detect it, and how to correct it using open-source tools. A roundtable discussion of female panelists. The central theme is around sharing personal career journeys and industry insights, while also addressing the challenges confronted by minority groups. For these workshops, we have organized multiple rooms that allow for a focused discussion on specific topics. Any topics that are interesting to the participants could be discussed from large language models over research careers to balancing research and leisure. We will coordinate the sessions so that the most popular topics can be discussed.
