Venue

Our event takes place in two venues. We advice you to look for accommodation that allows you to easily reach Aalto university as we will provide bus transport to and from the Nuuksio National Park.

Dipoli, Aalto university (Monday to Thursday)

The majority of our event will take place in Otaniemi at the campus of Aalto University. The main location is Dipoli, situated in the middle of Otaniemi. You can read more about the venue here. The address of Dipoli is Otakaari 24, 02150 Espoo. The venue is reachable with public transport by metro (station: Aalto University) and buses.

Haltia, Nuuksio National Park (Friday)

We will spend Friday in the Nuuksio national park in Espoo. After taking buses from the Otaniemi campus, our day will begin with a keynote at the lecture hall of the Finnish Nature Centre Haltia which is located adjacent to the Nuuksio National Park. The address of Haltia is Nuuksiontie 84, 02820 Espoo. The Haltia main entrance is also a gate to the vast wilderness and lake upland nature of Nuuksio. The area offers abundant hiking trails for all skill levels. Three short circular hiking routes start right next to Haltia, welcoming you to explore nature while visiting the nature centre. One of the routes is accessible. Read more about Nuuksio national park and the Finnish Nature Centre Haltia.
